The Conservator was founded in 1987 in New York City as a monthly professional art editorial. They pride themselves on being a premiere source and reference for art conservationists around the globe. The Conservator frequently features interviews with various experts within the field and strive to uphold the highest professional standards.
They offer all materials in print and digital and are a paid subscription service. The Conservator is currently one of the largest publications on Art Conservation within the United States. They are family owned for two generations and hope to inspire the conservators of tomorrow.
